Also had the game crash once when opening the Pip Boy. I've had the game crash a few seconds after changing zones. Sometimes activating a loading screen door gives a 'R6025 - Pure Virtual Function Call' crash. I did a few side quests got to The Strip and killed Benny. These issues only came up in Dead Money, I had no problems in the base game for ~20 hours on this save. I recently started Dead Money and have been experiencing weird stuff only in this DLC so far.
